Fence element, in particular for mobile fences or other demarcations consisting of a large welded lattice (8) with longitudinal (2, 3) and transverse wires (4, 5) with one or several central stiffening corrugations for stabilization (11, 12) and bends (9, 10) at the upper and lower edge (13, 14) characterized in that on the other side of the bend transverse wires acting as supporting wires (20, 21) are arranged at the bends (9, 10) respectively bevels (18, 19) of the stiffening corrugations (11, 12) in parallel to the bending points with the bending points being free of any transverse wires.
