Abstract (en)

[origin: EP0098455A1] 1. A shelf support for a partitioning wall or wall cladding, to which wall panels (7, 8 and 9, 10 respectively) are fixed by invisible clipping and fixing means for shelves and the like are fixed by being suspended within the join between two adjacent wall panels (7, 9 and 8, 10), having two shaped support members (13, 14) which are connected together in the region of their respective connecting web portions and on which there are provided parallel retaining strips (1, 2 and 3, 4 respectively) which are directed towards each other and which are resilient in the direction of clipping mounting, for insertion strips (24, 25 and 26, 27) which are to be clipped in position and which are fixed in the vicinity of or at the edges of adjacent wall panels (7, 9 and 8, 10 respectively), and a shelf post (15) which is fixed in the region of the two connecting web portions (11, 12) of the support members (13, 14) and whose front surface (16 and 17 respectively), which is directed into the join, has suspension openings (18 and 19 respectively) and which is provided between the two retaining strips (1, 2, and 3, 4) which are arranged symmetrically with respect to the join (5, 6) between two wall panels (7, 8 and 9, 10 respectively), wherein a respective one of the two lateral boundary surfaces (20, 21, and 22, 23) of the shelf post (15) and a respective one of the two retaining strips (1, 2 and 3, 4) define an insertion slot for an insertion strip (24, 25 and 26, 27) which is to be clipped in position, characterised in that the space (28 and 29 respectively) which is disposed at the rear of the front surface (16 and 17) of the shelf post (15) is closed throughout towards the wall to be clad or towards the other side of the partitioning wall, by parts of the shelf post (15) and/or limb portions (45, 46 and 47, 48 respectively) of the support members (13 and 14), which extend in such a way as to come together at an angle tip configuration, between the support surfaces (41, 42 and 43, 44) and the connecting web portions (11, 12).
