Abstract (en)
The heat-insulated chamber comprises an internal monobloc wall (19), the angles (22) of which are rounded. The lower surface of the wall (19) has lateral portions (24) inclined towards the central zone (23). Perforated dividing screens (29) are arranged on the inside of the chamber. Suction and the recovery of the treatment fluid are carried out by two upper branches (8 and 9) after passage of the fluid through filters (39) arranged in an inclined manner. A liquid projection cleaning device (26, 27) is also mounted on the inside of the chamber, the cleaning liquid being capable of being evacuated via the opening (25). It is thus possible, after each treatment cycle, to carry out dismantling of the screens (29) and of the filters (39) and then automatic cleaning by projection of liquid onto the inside of the kiln. La chambre calorifugée comprend une paroi interne monobloc (19) dont les angles (22) sont arrondis. La surface inférieure de la paroi (19) présente des portions latérales (24) inclinées vers la zone centrale (23). Des écrans de répartition perforés (29) sont disposés à l'intérieur de la chambre. L'aspiration et la reprise du fluide de traitement se font par deux tubulures supérieures (8 et 9) après passage du fluide à travers des filtres (39) disposés de façon inclinée. Un dispositif de nettoyage à projection de liquide (26, 27) est également monté à l'intérieur de la chambre, le liquide de nettoyage pouvant être évacué par l'orifice (25). Il est ainsi possible de procéder après chaque cycle de traitement au démontage des écrans (29) et des filtres (39) puis au nettoyage automatique par projection de liquide à l'intérieur de l'étuve. L'étuve peut être utilisée dans l'industrie pharmaceutique.
