Abstract (en)
A resilient contact for electrical plug and socket connections is produced from a flat sheet metal section such that two resilient limbs, lying side-by-side and connected at the root, are produced initially by stamping, the one resilient limb having a bend at its free end whose length corresponds approximately to the width of the other resilient limb and which engages over the free end of the other resilient limb. By corresponding bending of the one resilient limb from the plane of the sheet metal, the latter is shortened so that the bend is located opposite the free end of the other resilient limb. <IMAGE>

Ein Federkontakt für elektrische Steckverbindungen wird aus einem ebenen Blechzuschnitt so hergestellt, daß zunächst durch Stanzen zwei nebeneinanderliegende, an der Wurzel verbundene Federschenkel erzeugt werden, von denen der eine an seinem freien Ende eine Adwinkelung aufweist, deren Länge in etwa der Breite des anderen Federschenkels entspricht und die das freie Ende des anderen Federschenkels übergreift. Durch entsprechendes Biegen des einen Federschenkels aus der Blechebene heraus wird dieser verkürzt, so daß die Abwinkelung dem freien Ende des anderen Federschenkels gegenüberliegt.
