The cartridge comprises a sleeve (1), which has at least largely the shape of a hollow cylinder and has an operating aperture and an outlet aperture, and also comprises a rod, a piston (10), arranged so as to be axially displaceable by means of the rod in the hollow-cylindrical part of the sleeve, and a stopper (6) which closes the outlet aperture and is arranged in a sealing manner partly inside the outlet aperture. The operating aperture is closed positively and non-positively by a cap (8) which has an axial guide bore hole (11) for the rod. It is particularly advantageous for the guide bore hole (11) for the rod to be connected by the cap (8) to an axially arranged tube which has a perforation (12) distributed over the circumference. <IMAGE>

Patrone zum Dosieren einer Paste oder dergleichen, mit einer Hülse (1), die mindestens überwiegend die Form eines Hohlzylinders hat und eine Bedienungsoffnung sowie eine Austrittsöffnung aufweist, mit einer Stange, einem im hohlzylindrischen Teil der Hülse mittels der Stange axial verschiebbar angeordneten Kolben (10) und einem die Austrittsöffnung verschließenden Stopfen (6), wobei der Stopfen zum Teil innerhalb der Austrittsöffnung dichtend angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bedienungsöffnung kraft- und formschlüssig durch eine Kappe (8) verschlossen ist, und die Kappe (8) eine axiale Führungsbohrung (11) für die Stange besitzt. Es ist besonders vorteilhaft, wenn die Führungsbohrung (11) für die Stange mit der Kappe (8) mit einem axial angeordneten Röhrchen verbunden ist, welches eine über den Umfang verteilte Perforation (12) aufweist.
