[origin: CA1220434A] D31-1386-210 In the case of an adjustable passenger platform which is connected rotationally, by means of a supporting arm and a hinge in the swivelling plane of the parts of a lifting mast to the end of the said mast, and which is automatically held horizontal by a reversible motor, more particularly an electric motor, through a reduction gear and by a control means comprising a control unit with an inclinometer, it is provided, according to the invention, that the reduction gear in the form a a gear train, shall drive the rotatable part of the hinge directly and that a plurality of directionally controlled clutches shall be provided between the supporting arm and the motor, the said clutches blocking the rotation of the said supporting arm in both directions of rotation, and unblocking the direction of rotation of the said supporting arm in one of the directions of rotation of the motor.

Bei einer einstellbaren Personenplattform (38), die mit einem Tragarm (42) und einem Drehgelenk (43) in der Schwenkebene der Teilstücke (15, 21, 26) eines Hubmastes drehbeweglich an das Hubmastende angeschloßen ist und von einem umschaltbaren Motor (97), insbesondere einem Elektromotor über ein Untersetzungsgetriebe (66, 67) sowie von einer einen Regler mit Neigungsmesser (92) umfaßenden Steuerung selbsttätig horizontal gehalten ist, ist erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen, daß das als Rädergetriebe (66, 67) ausgebildete Untersetzungsgetriebe den drehbaren Teil (64) des Drehgelenks (43) unmittelbar antreibt und daß zwischen Tragarm (42) und Motor mehrere richtungsgeschaltete Kupplungen (81, 86) vorgesehen sind, die die Drehung des Tragarmes (42) in beiden Drehrichtungen sperren und die in jeweils einer der Drehrichtungen des Motors (97) die Drehrichtung des Tragarmes (42) freigeben.
