[origin: ES8404268A1] The subject of the invention is an apparatus for moving dispensing pistons (5) and filling tubes (18) in the charging of containers, it being necessary on the one hand during the dispensing and depending on the filling product, to vary the rate and on the other hand to suit the travel rate of the filling tube to the rising filling level. This is achieved substantially by the fact that the dispensing piston (5) and the filling tube (18) are operated in each case with the assistance of screwed spindles (7 and 11), the drive being provided through infinitely variable electric motors (10, 12). Programmes can very readily be set for the individual movements, the drive being controlled for this purpose and the spindles (7, 11) being particularly suitable for the transmission of the movement.

Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Vorrichtung zum Bewegen von Dosierkolben 5 und von Füllrohren 18 beim Befüllen von Behältnissen, wobei es einmal notwendig ist, beim Dosieren je nach Füllprodukt die Geschwindigkeit zu variieren und zum anderen die Ausfahrgeschwindigkeit des Füllrohres dem steigenden Füllspiegel anzupassen. Dies wird im wesentlichen dadurch erreicht, daß der Dosierkolben 5 und das Füllrohr 18 jeweils mit Hilfe von Schraubspindeln 7 bzw. 11 verfahren werden, wobei als Antrieb stufenlos regelbare Elektromotoren 10, 12 vorgesehen sind. Für die einzelnen Bewegungsabläufe lassen sich sehr einfach Programme erstellen, wobei der Antrieb damit gesteuert wird und für die Übertragung der Bewegung die Spindeln 7, 11 besonders geeignet sind.
