The device is characterized in that it comprises a permeable disk (12) in contact at its periphery with a coaxial permeable crown (7), in that the gas travel in the disk (12) and in the crown (7) is substantially radial, and in that each of the outer faces of said disk (12) and of said crown (7) is in contact, substantially throughout the surface thereof, with any element of the device or the lighter.
