A plate (1) of semi-rigid material provided on one of its faces with a reflecting material is equipped with two dorsal ribs (3) each comprising an axial recess forming a blind housing for a pin (9) made of rigid material. A metal base (5) consists of a supporting plate (8) provided with anchoring points (7) and an internally threaded drilled hole (6). The pin (9) is fully inserted in the drilled hole (6) of the base (5) on the one hand, and, on the other hand, in the recess of the rib (3). In the event of a violent impact, the pins break but the sharp breaking sections are protected by the body of the marker and this reduces the risk of injuries to road accident victims. <IMAGE>

Une plaque (1) en matériau semi-rigide munie sur une de ses faces d'un matériau réfléchissant est pourvue des deux nervures dorsales (3) comportant chacune un évidement axial formant un logement borgne pour une broche (9) en matériau rigide. Une embase métallique (5) est constituée par une plaque d'appui (8) munie de pointes d'ancrage (7) et d'un perçage taraudé (6). La broche (9) est engagée entièrement d'une part dans le perçage (6) de l'embase (5) et d'autre part dans l'évidement de la nervure (3). En cas de choc violent, les broches cassent, mais les sections tranchantes de cassure sont protégées par le corps de la balise, ce qui réduit le risque de blessures des accidentés de la route.
