An adjustable nozzle arrangement for high-pressure spray guns with a nozzle body (13), having a nozzle opening (14), and an adjustment body (22) arranged movably in the flow of material to the nozzle opening (14) is constructed in such a way that the supply flow-side internal wall of the nozzle body (13) has the shape of a universal ball joint in the region of the nozzle opening (14) and that the adjustment body (22) is a rotatably mounted sphere (2) lying under pressure against the universal ball joint area of the nozzle body internal wall, universal ball joint area and sphere having the same bending radius and the sphere being provided in a sub-curvature area of its surface with a flattened portion and/or recess (22a) as a paint passage. Eine Verstelldüsenanordnung für Hochdruck-Spritzpiestolen mit einem eine Düsenöffnung (14) aufweisenden Düsenkörper (13) und einem im Materialzufluß zur Düsenöffnung (14) beweglich angeordneten Verstellkörper (22) wird derart ausgebildet, daß die zuflußseitige Innenwand des Düsenkörpers (13) im Bereich der Düsenöffnung (14) die Form einer Kugelkalotte hat und daß der Verstellkörper (22) eine drehbar gelagerte, unter Druck am Kugelkalottenbereich der Düsenkörper-Innenwand anliegende Kugel (2) ist, wobei Kugelkalottenbereich und Kugel den gleichen Krümmungsradius aufweisen und die Kugel in einem Teilbereich ihrer Oberfläche mit einer Anflächung und/oder Ausnehmung (22a) als Farbdurchlaß versehen ist. Die Kugel (22) sitzt an einem Ende eines Gestänges (19.21), mit dessen Hilfe die Kugel verdreht und damit der Farbzufluß zur Düsenöffnung verändert werden kann.
