[origin: EP0101246A2] An inspection device is disclosed for inspecting glass containers for leaners and chokes as they are moved continuously past a single work station (14). The invention utilizes a video camera (34) and processing circuits (50) for determining the size of the opening of the finish of each container as well as the extent of its lean relative to predetermined acceptable limits. Containers having excessive lean or choke are rejected.
