[origin: WO8302757A1] Sulky comprising a frame (1;1'), wheels (9;9') carrying the frame (1;1'), and a driver's seat (14;14'). Conventional sulkies have deficiencies in that the motion of the body of the horse is transferred to the sulky proper. It is difficult, moreover, to volt with a conventional sulky. The present invention is characterized in that at the forward end of the frame (1;1') via a joint (17;17') an arch (18;18') is attached, the free ends of which are facing forward and are intended to be connected to conventional harness on the horse. The joint (17;17') is designed so as to allow rotation of the arch (18;18') in a substantially vertical plane in the operative position of the sulky and a limited obliqueness of the arch (18;18') relative to the frame (1;1') in a substantially horizontal plane in the operative position of the sulky.

Sulky comprenant un châssis (1; 1'), des roues (9; 9') qui portent le châssis (1; 1'), et un siège (14; 14') pour le driver. Le sulky traditionnel présente l'inconvénient de transférer le mouvement du corps du cheval au sulky lui-même. Il est en outre difficile de volter avec un sulky traditionnel. La présente invention se caractérise par le fait qu'un arc (18; 18') est attaché à l'extrémité antérieure du châssis (1; 1') par l'intermédiaire d'une charnière (17; 17'). Les branches libres de l'arc (18; 18') sont tournées vers l'avant et conçues pour être reliées au harnais traditionnel d'un cheval.
