Abstract (en)
A tipping assembly for a cigarette comprises an open-ended tube 30 provided with a plurality of apertures 60 spaced round its circumference, and a tipping wrapper 20 surrounding the tube, the tipping wrapper being provided with perforations 70 in the region overlying the apertures 60. The perforations 70 are substantially smaller than the apertures 60.
