To set up catenary support along railway lines, prefabricated concrete posts (11) are driven in as foundation by a ramming device (2-12) travelling on the railway line. A catenary support is then joined to every post rammed in. This procedure makes possible a substantial saving in time and cost, particularly as no excavation is necessary for the mast foundation. The ramming device is designed and dimensioned so that it remains within the required clearance gauge in the working and transportation position. <IMAGE>

Zur Erstellung von Fahrleitungsmasten längs Bahngeleisen werden mittels einer auf dem Geleise fahrbaren Rammvorrichtung (2-12) vorfabrizierte Betonpfähle (11) als Fundament eingerammt. Mit jedem eingerammten Pfahl wird sodann ein Leitungsmast verbunden. Dieses Vorgehen gestattet eine erhebliche Einsparung an Zeit und Kosten, indem insbesondere kein Aushub für die Mastfundation erforderlich ist. Die Rammvorrichtung ist so gestaltet und bemessen, dass sie in Arbeits- und Transportstellung innerhalb des geforderten Lichtraumprofils bleibt.
