Abstract (en)
The present invention relates to an automatic device for analysing successive samples. This device essentially comprises a rotating disc (1), the periphery of which comprises vertical receptacles (6) containing a small tube (7) filled with a sample to be analysed, a photomultiplier (11) arranged opposite the lateral face (5) of the disc (1), which face comprises a frustoconical orifice (10) communicating with the receptacle (6), a first sheet gasket (25) which can be actuated by a collar (33) in order to come into contact with the lateral face (5) of the disc, a second sheet gasket (37) which can be actuated by another collar (39) above the receptacle (6), and a third gasket (41) carried by a movable saddle (42) beneath the receptacle (6). This device applies to the measurement, in a totally dark environment, of the luminescence reactions caused by a reagent added to the sample to be analysed. <IMAGE>

La présente invention concerne un dispositif automatique de dosage d'échantillons successifs. Ce dispositif comprend essentiellement un plateau tournant (1) dont la périphérie comporte des logements verticaux (6) contenant un petit tube (7) rempli d'échantillon à doser, un photomultiplicateur (11) disposé en regard de la face latérale (5) du plateau (1) comprenant un orifice tronconique (10) communiquant avec le logement (6), un premier joint plat (25) actionnable par une bague (33) pour venir en contact de la face latérale (5) du plateau, un deuxième joint plat (37) actionnable par une autre bague (39) au-dessus du logement (6) et un troisième joint (41) porté par un berceau mobile (42) en dessous du logement (6). Ce dispositif s'applique à la mesure en milieu totalement obscur des réactions de luminescence provoquées par un réactif ajouté à l'échantillon à doser.
