1. A filter belt press for dewatering sludges or the like water-containing materials, in which filter belts (3, 10) are trained around dewatering drums and deflection rollers (6, 7, 8) rotatably supported on a frame (13) and in which th sludge or the like is pressed between two filter belts (3, 10), the sludge being charged onto one filter belt (3) within an approximately horizontal area between two deflection rollers and being conveyed away from the sludge charging area (2, 20) to the gap formed between both said filter belts (3, 10), said frame (13) comprising two lateral cheeks (1) being constructed of spars (5) rigidly connected with each other on which spars the bearing of the dewatering drums and of at least some of the deflection rollers (6, 7, 8) are mounted, the dewatering drums and the deflection rollers being arranged between the lateral cheeks (1), and the approximately vertical spars (5) of the lateral cheeks (1) located adjacent to the sludge charging area (2, 20) being provided with connection means for bearings (14, 15) of deflection rollers for that filter belt (3) onto which the sludge is charged, characterized in that extension pieces (16 ; 22 ; 25) projecting outwardly beyond the vertical spars (5) and located within the planes of the lateral cheeks (1) are connectable to the lateral cheeks (1) at the sludge charging side (20), said extension pieces being provided with connection means for the bearings at least of the upper deflection roller (6', 6", 6''') and, if desired, for a deflection roller support (9', 9", 9'''), said connection means being of similar construction as the corresponding connection means on the vertical spars (5) of the lateral cheeks (1 ; Fig. 2 ; 3 ; 4).
Abstract (de)
Die Siebbandpresse weist einen aus zwei Seitenwangen (1) bestehenden Rahmen (13) auf. Die zu entwässernden Schlämme werden auf ein Siebband (3) aufgegeben, welches über eine Umlenkrolle mit einem zweiten Siebband (10) zusammengeführt wird und gemeinsam mit diesem zweiten Siebband (10) über Entwässerungstrommeln geführt wird. Die Seitenwangen (1) weisen Anschlussstellen für über die senkrechten Holme (6) herausragende Verlängerungsteile (16) auf. An diesen Verlängerungsteilen (16) sind Anschlussstellen für die Lager von Umlenkrollen (6', 7') und Lenkrollen (8') in analoger Weise wie der Rahmenholm (5) vorgesehen, so dass die Siebbandpresse wahlweise in verschiedener Lage zusammengebaut werden kann.
