The screw cap (1) has a safeguard at the open end for indicating that it has been opened without authorisation. Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Kunststoffschraubkappe (1) zum Verschliessen von Behältern. Die Schraubkappe (1) besitzt am offenen Ende eine Sicherung zum Anzeigen einer erfolgten unbefugten Öffnung. Die Sicherung greift im verschlossenen Zustand mit einer nach innen vorspringenden, unterhalb des Kappengewindes (6) befindlichen Nase (9) hinter einen Wulst (16) am Behälterhals (14). Nach der Erfindung soll die Sicherung mit ihren Sollbruchstellen in die Schraubkappe (1) integriert sein, um sicherzustellen, dass nach dem erstmaligen Öffnen des Behalters (12) kein Teil der Schraubkappe (1) am Behälter verbleibt, der Behälter dennoch mit der Schraubkappe (1) erneut verschlossen werden kann. Anschliessend an den Gewindeabschnitt (7) der Schraubkappe (1) weist deren Wand (8) als Sicherung mindestens einen bis zum unteren Kappenrand (22) reichenden Schlitz oder eine solche Schwächungszone (10) auf, die unterhalb der Nase (9) eine Sollbruch- oder Dehnstelle aufweist bzw. der Schlitz eine als Sollbruch- oder Dehnstelle dienende Überbrückung besitzt. Das Verschlusswerkzeug (18) ist als Glocke ausgebildet und besitzt eine nach innen vorspringende Abstützung (20, 20') für den unteren Bereich der Schraubkappe (1).
