[origin: WO8303341A1] A computerized electro-oculographic system has a rotatable subject chair (2) surrounded by a cylindrical screen (18) on which the desired optical stimuli from projectors (12, 16) are displayed. Eye movement signals are picked up by electrodes (6a-1) amplified (24, 26), calibrated (46), filtered (26) and digitized (28) for interface (30) with a computer (32). The tests to be run are selected by a keyboard (44) to operate the computer according to its programs (36). The computer signals are then displayed (38) and/or recorded (40, 42).

Un système informatisé électro-oculographique se compose d'une chaise rotative (2) pour le patient, entourée d'un écran cylindrique (18) sur lequel des projecteurs (12, 16) projettent les stimulus optiques désirés. Les signaux produits par les mouvements des yeux sont captés par des électrodes (6a-1), amplifiés (24, 26), étalonnés (46), filtrés (26) et numérisés (28) pour l'interface (30) avec un ordinateur (32). Les tests à effectuer sont sélectionnés au moyen d'un clavier (44) qui commande l'ordinateur en fonction de ses programmes (36). Les signaux produits par l'ordinateur sont ensuite affichés (38) et/ou enregistrés (40, 42).
