[origin: WO8303350A1] An auditory ossicles prosthesis comprises a plate (1) having on its upper surface (8) a groove (7) and on its lower face (3) an eccentric shaft (2). The prosthesis is comprised of a bioactive material and further contains in at least one portion and undetachable bioinert material which is provided as a layer material, that is as an additive layer (S(+)) or as a subtractive layer (S(-)). For this purpose, the corresponding coating method and material are disclosed. For the application of (S(-)) layers, the latter may further be subjected to a vacuum metallization treatment and/or a silane treatment.

Une prothèse d'osselets d'oreille comprend une plaque (1) avec à sa surface supérieure (8) une rainure (7) et à sa face inférieure (3) un axe excentré (2). La prothèse se compose de matériau bioactif et contient en plus dans au moins une partie un matériau bio-inerte indétachable, qui apparaît comme un matériau en couche, c'est-à-dire comme couche additive (S(+)) ou couche soustractive (S(-)). Dans ce but le procédé d'enduction et le matériau correspondants sont indiqués. Dans le cas d'application de couches (S(-)) celles-ci peuvent être en plus soumises à un traitement de métallisation sous vide et/ou un traitement au silane.
