Abstract (en)

1. A method of wet treating a textile fibrous material or similar material, more particularly of dying yarn, loose stock or textile piece goods, in which the fibrous material is loaded into a vessel, said vessel is evacuated while maintained in a dry condition, the treatment liquid is introduced into said vessel, said treatment liquid is caused to act onto the fibrous material during a certain period of time, said treatment liquid is removed from inside said vessel, and said fibrous material is dried within said vessel, if necessary, after having been rinsed before, wherein, prior to introducing said treatment liquid into said vessel, said fibrous material is preheated to a temperture higher than that of the treatment liquid, characterized in that, in accordance with the negative pressure in the evacuated vessel, the fibrous material is preheated to a temperature at which steam which is forming when introducing the treatment liquid into said evacuated vessel cannot condens on the fibrous material.

Abstract (de)

Textiles Fasermaterial (29) wird dadurch besonders schnell, gleichmäßig und schonend gefärbt, daß es in einem Behälter (1) trocken evakuiert wird, worauf die Färbeflotte unter Vermeidung einer Anfangskondensation im Fasermaterial in den Behälter eingeleitet wird. Dieses geschieht dadurch, daß die Färbeflotte mit einer auf das Vakuum abgestimmten niedrigen Temperatur eingeleitet wird oder das Fasermaterial im notwendigen Ausmaß vorgewärmt wird. Nach dem Einleiten der Färbeflotte wird diese unter leichten Überdruck gesetzt und zur Einwirkung auf das Fasermaterial gebracht, das anschließend im Behälter getrocknet wird.
