Low-temperature carbonisation gases (26) occurring in the still uncombusted combustion material (16) are conducted through outgoing gas outlet openings (30) in the support device (24) and there meet a secondary air stream (34) branching off from the gas collecting chamber (38) below the main grate (8), intensive turbulence and ignition by means of heat transmission from a glowing fire (14) take place and the air/gas mixture (40) can be adjusted stoichiometrically in a material-specific manner by means of an adjustment linkage (44). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
In einer Heizvorrichtung (2), bei welcher beispielsweise auch ein üblicher Unterbrandofen verwendet werden kann, ist in einem kaminseitigen Bereich unmittelbar oberhalb des Hauptrostes (8) eine gasdurchlässige Brenngut-Stützeinrichtung (24) vorgesehen, welche einen Brennschacht (22) und eine Nachverbrennungskammer (52) von einem Füllschachtraum (4) abtrennt. In dem noch unverbrannten Brenngut (16) entstehende Schwelgase (26) werden durch Abgas-Austrittsöffnungen (30) in der Stützeinrichtung (24) hindurchgeleitet, und treffen dort auf einen aus der Luftvorlagekammer (38) unterhalb des Hauptrostes (8) abgezweigten Sekundärluftstrom (34), wobei eine intensive Verwirbelung und Zündung durch Wärmeübertragung von einem Glutstock (14) stattfindet und das Luft/Gas-Gemisch (40) mittels eines Einstellgestänges (44) materialspezifisch stöchiometrisch einstellbar ist.
