The closure element for the gas-tight closure of a toy balloon (6), especially a balloon welded from plastic film blanks, has a means for attaching a stick and a closure part for the filling spout of the balloon. The closure element comprises a cover part (2) having at least one cut-out (3) and a bearing part (1) having at least one projection (4), which is assigned to the cut-out (3) of the cover part (2) and is dimensioned in such a way that it can be inserted in a clamping manner into the cut-out (3) of the cover part (2) with interposition of the filling spout (9) of a balloon (16), and an attachment (12) for a retaining means (13, 19) which is arranged on at least one of the two closure parts (bearing part 1 or cover part 2) (Fig. 9). <IMAGE>

Verschlusselement zum gasdichten Verschliessen eines Spielzeugballons (16), insbesondere eines aus Kunststoffolienzuschnitten geschweissten Ballons, mit einem Mittel zum Befestigen eines Haltestabs und einem Schliessteil für die Fülltülle des Ballons, bestehend aus einem Deckteil (2) mit wenigstens einer Ausnehmung (3) und einem Tragteil (1) mit wenigstens einem, der Ausnehmung (3) des Deckteils (2) zugeordneten Vorsprung (4), der so bemessen ist, dass er bei Zwischenlage der Fülltülle (9) eines Ballons (16) klemmend in die Ausnehmung (3) des Deckteils (2) einfügbar ist, und einem Ansatz (3) des Deckteils (2) einfügbar ist, und einem Ansatz (12) für ein Haltemittel (13, 19), der an wenigstens einem der beiden Verschlussteile (Tragteil 1 oder Deckteil 2) angerodnet ist.
