Abstract (en)
The hollow shaft (2) of the heatable and coolable disc stirrer carries a plurality of disc elements which are arranged side by side in the axial direction and which have at least one cutout (28-30), open radially outwards, in their radially outer region. These cutouts allow a transfer of material in the longitudinal direction of the shaft in the disc stirrer. The radially inner ring region (22) of the disc elements (9) has a flow channel (32) for the heating or cooling medium fed via the hollow shaft (2), so that the complete disc element is heated, starting from this ring region (22). <IMAGE>

Die Hohlwelle (2) eines heiz- und kühlbaren Scheibenrührers trägt mehrere in axialer Richtung nebeneinander angeordnete Scheibenelemente, die in ihrem radial äusseren Bereich mindestens einen radial nach aussen offenen Ausschnitt (28-30) aufweisen. Diese Ausschnitte ermöglichen in dem Scheibenrührer einen Materialtransport in Wellenlängsrichtung. Der radial innere Ringbereich (22) der Scheibenelemente (9) hat einen Strömungskanal (32) für über die Hohlwelle (2) zugeführtes Heiz- oder Kühlmittel, so dass das gesamte Scheibenelement, ausgehend von diesem Ringbereich (22), beheizt ist.
