[origin: WO8303795A1] A multilayer integral sheet of reinforced thermoplastic material. The sheet includes a plurality of alternating polymeric and fibrous materials. The sheet is characterized by having an outermost surface layer of thermoplastic polymer, a layer of fine stranded fibrous material having a weight of 30 to 120 g/m<2> adjacent to the outermost surface layer, at least one layer of coarse fibrous reinforcing material, a layer of thermoplastic polymer having an initial linear shrinkage of less than 2 percent adjacent to at least one surface of the layer of reinforcing material closest to the outermost layer and wherein each of the polymer layers has a minimum crystallization half-time of one minute or less. The sheet can be formed in a stamping apparatus. The surface of the sheet is free from "print through" and blistering.

Une feuille intégrale multicouches en un matériau thermoplastique renforcé comprend une pluralité de matériaux fibreux et polymères alternés. La feuille se caractérise en ce qu'elle présente une couche de surface extérieure en un matériau polymère thermoplastique, une couche de matériau fibreux à brins fins d'un poids compris entre 30 et 120 g/m2 adjacente à la couche de surface extérieure, au moins une couche de matériau de renforcement fibreux grossier, une couche de polymère thermoplastique présentant un rétrécissement linéaire initial inférieur à 2 % adjacente à au moins une surface de la couche de matériau de renforcement la plus proche de la couche extérieure, chacune des couches polymères possédant un demi-temps de cristallisation minimum inférieur ou égal à une minute. La feuille peut être formée dans un dispositif d'étampage. La surface de la feuille est exempte de phénomènes d'"impression traversante" et de formation de cloques.
