Abstract (en)
On a single face, this strip comprises opposing transverse male and female parts disposed in rows along the strip so that they can be joined together by means of a touch-and-close operation through the gaps in the tennis net, after the said strip has been folded longitudinally and lapped over the upper suspension wire or cable of the said net; the said strip being made by continuous weaving or knitting, on a loom, with the touch-and-close parts arranged on either side of a central strip; the said touch-and-close parts comprising at least one row of loops (1a) and at least one row of mushroom-shaped spikes or hooks (1b) which can be assembled together by interlocking after folding. <IMAGE>

Cette bande comporte sur une même face, des parties transversales opposées mâles et femelles, disposées par rangées suivant la longueur de la bande, de manière à pouvoir s'autoagripper au-travers des interstices du filet de tennis, après pliage longitudinal de ladite bande, et chevauchement du lien ou câble de fixation supérieure dudit filet; la dite bande étant exécutée par tissage en continu ou tricotage, sur métier, avec des parties agrippantes disposées de part et d'autre d'une bande centrale; lesdites parties agrippantes comprenant au moins une rangée de boucles (1a) et au moins une rangée de champignons ou crochets (1b) pouvant s'assembler par interpénétration après pliage.
