[origin: WO8302029A1] An advertising device including an enclosure (12) with a translucent front panel (16) for receiving advertising material. Electric lamps (24) are positioned within the enclosure and operable to illuminate the panel and the advertising material. A recorder sound device (39) is provided operable to produce an audible advertising message. The device includes control means (28) having sensing means (32) for sensing approach of a person to the vicinity of the device and operable to cause said electric lamps to be illuminated and said audible sound producing means to be operated.

Un panneau publicitaire comprend une enceinte (12) pourvue d'un panneau frontal translucide (16) recevant le matériau publicitaire. Des ampoules électriques (24) sont positionnées dans l'enceinte et éclairent le panneau et le matériau publicitaire. Un dispositif de reproduction d'un son enregistré (39) permet de reproduire un message publicitaire audible. Le dispositif comprend des organes de commande (28) possédant des organes de détection (32) permettant de détecter l'approche d'une personne à proximité du dispositif et pouvant déclencher l'allumage des ampoules électriques et l'actionnement du dispositif de reproduction du son audible.
