Abstract (en)
The device is used for the automatic threading in of the outer yarn end of balls which are wound on a winding mandrel (12). For this purpose, the free end of the winding mandrel (12) projecting beyond the ball (16) is constructed as a hook head (25), the arrangement being such that the winding arm (14) inserts the yarn end into the mouth of the hook head (25) at the end of the winding operation. When the ball (16) is removed from the winding mandrel (12), the yarn end is drawn into the ball (16). The hook head (25) is freely rotatable about the central longitudinal axis of the winding mandrel (12). Its centre of gravity is such that, with an oblique end position of the winding mandrel (12), the hook head (25) moves by itself into that position of the angle of rotation in which the winding arm (14) inserts the yarn into the hook mouth. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Vorrichtung dient zum automatischen Einziehen des äußeren Fadenendes von Knäueln, die auf einem Wikkeldorn (12) gewickelt werden. Zu diesem Zweck ist das über den Knäuel (16) vorstehende freie Ende des Wickeldorns (12) als Hakenkopf (25) ausgebildet und die Anordnung so getroffen, daß am Ende des Wickelvorgangs der Wickelarm (14) das Fadenende in das Maul des Hakenkopfs (25) einlegt. Beim Abziehen des Knäuels (16) vom Wickeldorn (12) zieht sich das Fadenende in den Knäuel (16). Der Hakenkopf (25) ist um die Mittellängsachse des Wickeldorns (12) frei drehbar. Sein Schwerpunkt ist so angeordnet, daß sich der Hakenkopf (25) bei schräger Endstellung des Wikkeldorns (12) von allein in diejenige Drehwinkelstellung bewegt, bei der der Wickelarm (14) den Faden in das Hakenmaul einlegt.
