This locking system is characterised in that a locking catch (8), which interacts with a recess made between two locking ramps, comprises a spur (19) and interacts with a housing (13) intended to receive it. Application to telescopic ball-borne slides of the type used on machinery or equipment which is liable to move under conditions of doubtful stability. <IMAGE>

Ce système de verrouillage est caractérisé en ce qu'un cliquet de verrouillage (8) qui coopère avec un évidement ménagé entre deux rampes de verrouillage, comporte un talon (19) et coopère avec un logement (13) destiné à le recevoir. Application aux glissières télescopiques à billes du type des celles utilisées sur des engins ou matériels susceptibles de se déplacer dans des conditions de stabilité précaire.
