Abstract (en)
1. Explosive charge system with directional action, comprising a castable explosive charge (1) and an initiating system (2) enabling the firing command to be transmitted, this system being at least partly embedded in the explosive charge and comprising explosive-filled channels connected together and joined to initiating means (12) also embedded in the charge, characterized in that the said channels consist of tubular members (4, 5, 6, 25, 26a, ... 28a, ... 29, 30a, ... 31a, 34a) made of a material whose mechanical strength is greater than that of lead and chemically resistant to the explosives used, in that these members are filled by means of injection under pressure of a compound explosive (11) containing an organic binder, in that the internal diameter of these tubular members is between 0.3 and 0.8 mm and in that the wall thickness of these tubular members is sufficient to be capable of withstanding the injection pressure of the compound explosive.

Le chargement explosif comprend une charge explosive (1) coulable et un réseau d'amorçage (2) permettant la transmission de l'onde de mise à feu. Le réseau d'amorçage (2) est constitué par des éléments tubulaires (4, 5, 6) en un matériau présentant une résistance mécanique supérieure à celle du plomb. Ces éléments sont remplis par injection sous pression d'un explosif composite à liant organique. Le diamètre intérieur des éléments tubulaires (4, 5, 6) est compris entre 0,3 et 0,8 mm et l'épaisseur de la paroi de ces éléments est suffisante pour pouvoir supporter la pression d'injection de l'explosif composite. Utilisation pour réaliser des chargements explosifs dont le réseau d'amorçage est interne et présente un encombrement très réduit.
