Coated metal sheet or strip (1) or the like, the process consisting in depositing on it, with heating by appropriate means, a coating of zinc alloy (2) and then covering at least one face of the said sheet galvanised in this way with at least one coating primer coat on leaving the galvanisation bath, in which, the galvanisation being produced by dipping in a bath (2) of abovementioned alloy, the operations carried out successively, on the same single moving line of the product, are a pneumatic draining (4) of the coating alloy with the aid of a neutral fluid and in a nonoxidising atmosphere (3) produced above the bath (2), a minispangling (5) of the sheet by spraying powder before crystallisation of the abovementioned alloy, a control of the temperature (6) of the sheet, an application of the abovementioned primer coat by appropriate means (7) and a baking (7a) of the said primer coat. <IMAGE>

L'invention concerne un procédé de production en continu d'une tôle, bande métallique (1) ou analogue revêtue, consistant à y déposer à chaud par des moyens appropriés un revêtement d'alliage de zinc (2) puis à recouvrir au moins une face de ladite tôle ainsi galvanisée d'au moins une couche primaire de revêtement au sortir du bain de galvanisation, dans lequel, la galvanisation étant réalisée par trempage dans un bain d'alliage (2) susdit, on procède successivement, sur une même ligne de défilement du produit, à un essorage pneumatique (4) de l'alliage de revêtement à l'aide d'un fluide neutre et dans une atmosphère non oxydante (3) réalisée au-dessus du bain (2), à un minifleurage (5) de la tôle par projection de poudre avant cristallisation de l'alliage susdit, à une régulation de la température (6) de la tôle, à une application par des moyens appropriés (7) de la couche primaire susdite et à une cuisson (7a) de ladite couche primaire.
