[origin: WO8303809A1] Plastic threaded closure cap, with tamper-proof strip, intended to containers provided with a "Pilferproof" type ring having a threading which crowns a counter ring of which the lower portion forms a flange, said cap comprising a head, a skirt provided with an inner threading and a tamper-proof strip connected to the lower portion of the skirt by a plurality of bridges forming sectile bonds. The tamper-proof strip comprises two parts, a first annular part (4A) connected to the lower part of the skirt (2) by the sectile bridges (5) and a second part comprised of a plurality of tongues (6) connected to the first part (4A) by thinner areas (7) forming a hinge, each tongue having a bead (8) and a thinner extension (9). The tongues (6) form, together with the annular part (4A) a sharp angle with its apex on the thinner areas (7) and are turned towards the inside of the cap. Sealing means are also disclosed.

Capsule de bouchage à vis, en plastique, à bande d'inviolabilité, destinée à des récipients munis d'une bague du type "Pilferproof" comportant un filetage surmontant une contrebague dont la partie inférieure forme un rebord, ladite capsule comportant une tête, une jupe munie d'un filetage interne, et une bande d'inviolabilité reliée à la partie inférieure de la jupe par une pluralité de ponts constituant des liaisons sécables. La bande d'inviolabilité comporte deux parties, une première partie annulaire (4A) reliée à la partie inférieure de la jpe (2) par les ponts sécables (5) et une deuxième partie constituée par une pluralité de languettes (6) reliées à la première partie (4A) par des zones amincies (7) formant une articulation, chaque languette comportant un talon (8) et un prolongement aminci (9). Les languettes (6) forment avec la partie annulaire (4A) un angle aigu ayant son sommet sur les zones amincies (7) et sont tournées vers l'intérieur de la capsule. Des moyens d'étanchéité sont précisés.
