The invention relates to an apparatus for heating a continuously moving metallurgical product (1) especially upstream of a tank of zinc alloy in a galvanising line which comprises a means of inductive heating (3) supplementing an already existing heating means (2). La présente invention concerne un dispositif de chauffage d'un produit métallurgique (1) défilant en continu notamment en amont d'un bac d'alliage de zinc sur une ligne de galvanisation qui comporte en complément d'un moyen de chauffage déjà existant (2) un moyen de chauffage par induction (3). Le réglage de la capacité de chauffe est réalisé en agissant sur ledit moyen de chauffage (3) par induction. Application à la métallurgie des métaux en feuille.
