[origin: ES8405267A1] A massage apparatus having a vibratory massage plate, the vibratory motion of which is derived from a drive unit rotated by an electric motor and an insertable portion of a drive shaft in operative engagement with the drive unit. In order to perform underwater massage in addition to dry vibration massage, the invention provides for a container having a drive shaft rotatably mounted in its bottom portion. The drive shaft has an impeller or the like mounted thereon inside the container and has an insertable portion on the shaft projecting from the underside of the container bottom. The massage plate has an opening in the area of the drive unit to receive the insertable portion of the drive shaft, and on insertion of the insertable portion of the drive into a receptacle of the drive unit, an operative engagement between the insertable portion of the drive shaft and the drive unit is established. Disengagement of the drive unit and the insertable portion of the drive shaft is effected by axial movement of the drive unit.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Massagegerät mit einer in Schwingungen versetzbaren Massageplatte, bei dem die Bewegungen der Massageplatte von einem elektromotorisch in Drehbewegungen versetzbaren Antriebsteil und einer damit in Wirkverbindung stehenden Stelleinrichtung ableitbar sind. Um neben der trockenen Vibrationsmassage auch eine Unterwassermassage ausführen zu können, sieht die Erfindung vor, daß auf die Massageplatte ein Behälter aufsetzbar ist, bei dem im Boden eine Antriebswelle drehbar gelagert ist, daß die Antriebswelle im Behälterinnenraum ein Flügelrad oder dgl. trägt und mit einem Steckteil an der Unterseite des Bodens vorsteht, daß die Massageplatte im Bereich des Antriebsteils einen Durchbruch zur Einführung des Steckteils der Antriebswelle aufweist und daß beim Einführen des Steckteils in eine Steckaufnahme des Antriebsteils eine Wirkverbindung zwischen Steckteil und Antriebsteil herstellbar und durch Verstellung des Antriebsteils die Wirkverbindung zwischen Antriebsteil und Stelleinrichtung aufhebbar ist.
