1. Screwless terminal (1) for electric conductors (3) with a clamp spring (21) bracing to a stationary part (12) of a housing (11), which clamp spring is biased before inserting the conductor (3) to be connected and locks the conductor after inserting by clamping, whereby an extension (25) lockable for biasing the clamp spring (21) is extending from the spring leg (23) of the clamp spring (21), which extension is oriented about normal to the conductor (3) to be connected, one leg (27) of the extension having an opening (29) for inserting the conductor (3), and whereby the locking by action of the conductor (3) to be connected to the other leg (28) disengageable and the conductor (3) to be connected is pushable by means of the one leg (27) of the extension (25) against the stationary part (12) of the housing (11), characterized in that the U-shaped extension (25) having an outer and an inner leg (27, 28) is lockable with a stationary part of the housing (11) and that the housing (11) is shaped in form of a housing having an intermediate wall (12), to which wall the preferably hairspring or ring shaped clamp spring (21) braces, and that the intermediate wall (12) has one or two openings (13, 14) for leading through the legs (27, 28) of the extension (25).

Abstract (de)

Bei einer Vorrichtung (1) zur schraubenlosen Verbindung zweier Teile (2, 3) mittels einer Klemmfeder (21) ist an deren federndem Schenkel (23) ein sich etwa senkrecht zu dem anzuschließenden Teil (3) erstreckender U-förmiger Ansatz (25) angebracht, der zur Verspannung der Klemmfedern (21) mit dem ortsfesten Teil (2) verrastbar ist. Unter Einwirkung des anzuschließenden Teils (3) auf den inneren Steg (28) des Ansatzes (25) ist die durch eine an diesem angeformten Rastnase (31) und eine in die Stirnwand (15) des als Gehäuse (11) ausgebildeten ortsfesten Teils (2) bestehende Verrastung lösbar und durch den äußeren Steg (27) wird das anzuschließende Teil gegen das ortsfeste Teil, beispielsweise eine in diesem vorgesehene Zwischenwand (12) gepreßt. Auf diese Weise ist eine Verbindung lediglich durch Einstecken des anzuschließenden Teils (3) in den Ansatz (25) herzustellen. Ein Werkzeug wird somit nur zum Spannen der Klemmfeder (25) benötigt.
