The invention relates to a bobbin arrangement for an adjustable coil having an adjusting element (14) which can be screwed into the core hole of the bobbin and surrounds a bar-shaped tuning core. For adjustment with the aid of automatic equipment, the tuning core of the adjusting element (14) is surrounded by a cylindrical plastic sleeve with a smaller external diameter with respect to the core hole (22), on whose circumference are constructed ribs (38, 42) directed parallel to the axis. The threaded section (24) of the core hole (22) is constructed at the end remote from the insertion opening for the adjusting element (14), and the adjusting element (14) has a quadrilateral head on its end remote from the insertion end. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Spulenkörperanordnung für eine abgleichbare Spule mit einem in die Kernbohrung des Spulenkörpers einschraubbaren, einen stabförmigen Abstimmkern umfassenden Abgleichelement (14). Zur Abstimmung mit Hilfe von Automaten ist der Abstimmkern des Abgleichelementes (14) von einem zylindrischen Kunststoffmantel mit gegenüber der Kernbohrung (22) geringerem Außendurchmesser umgeben, an dessen Umfang achsparallel gerichtete Rippen (38, 42) ausgebildet sind. Der Gewindeabschnitt (24) der Kernbohrung (22) ist an dem der Einstecköffnung für das Abgleichelement (14) fernen Ende ausgebildet und das Abgleichelement (14) weist an seinem dem Einsteckende fernen Ende einen Vielkantkopf auf.
