A dispenser for dispensing fluids having a self-sealing applicator head which has a flexible arcuate surface in which one or more angular slits are cut; the angular slits make an acute angle of from about 25 DEG to about 70 DEG with the perpendicular to the tangent of the arcuate surface at the point where the slit meets the arcuate surface.
