A Landmine, especially destinated for antitank defense, with at least one blasting load (4, 6), positioned in a casing (1) and supplied with a detonator (16) which has a striker (14) cooperating with a blasting cap (23) and which can be activated by a release mechanism (13), whereas the striker (14) is movably guided against the blasting cap by a pneumatic piston (14) operated from a pressure fluid container (26), the pressure fluid thereof being released by the release mechanism (13), characterized in that the pressure fluid container (26) is provided with a closing device and the release mechanism (13) comprises a press piston (19) slidingly guided in and projecting with one of its ends from the casing (1), the piston (19), during its sliding movement, causes a relative movement between the pressure fluid container (26) and the closing device, thereby opening the closing device.
