Appareillage pour l'élevage d'êtres vivants aquatiques en milieu aquatique comprenant un bâti (1) sur une plaque de base (2) et des tiroirs (10) montés dans le bâti, caractérisé par le fait que les divers éléments constitutifs sont largement ouverts et munis de moyens de protection et de limitation des débits d'eau. Procédé pour la mise en oeuvre de l'appareillage consistant essentiellement à placer dans les tiroirs des lits de sable et/ou de graviers, des couches de culture et à régler le débit d'eau et la quantité de nourriture à l'aide des moyens de protection.
