[origin: US4509622A] A suitcase with a two-part lock has two shells hingedly connected to each other for movement thereof between an open and a closed position. Each shell has a top surface provided with an indentation for accommodating one portion of the lock. Through such a provision, upon moving the shells into the closed position, no parts of the lock project beyond the top surface.
