Abstract (en)

The invention relates to the use of the screen-printing method or a screen-printing machine for the cross-dyeing of a preprinted sheet-like article, preferably a textile web, with a foamed liquor. Cross-dyeing is possible because of the small quantity of liquid which the foamed liquor contains, the foam being essentially destroyed in the screen region and the released liquor being transported in the previously applied print coating deep into the article. This transport takes place without pressing and also directly to the bottom of the article. As a result of the penetration, the dye particles of the print coating are introduced uniformly into the article, preferably into the material web. <IMAGE>

Anwendung des Siebdruckverfahrens bzw. einer Siebdruckmaschine Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf die Anwendung des Siebdruckverfahrens bzw. einer Siebdruckmaschine zum Überfärben einer vorgedruckten flächigen Ware, vorzugsweise einer textilen Warenbahn mit einer verschäumten Flotte. Wegen der geringen Menge an Flüssigkeit, die die verschäumte Flotte in sich trägt, ist die Überfärbung möglich, wobei im Siebbereich der Schaum im wesentlichen zerstört wird und die freiwerdende Flotte in vorab aufgebrachtem Druckauftrag tief in die Ware hinein transportiert. Dabei geschieht dieser Transport ohne Verpressung, und auch in direkter Richtung auf den Warengrund. Durch die Penetration werden die Farbpartikeln des Druckauftrages gleichmäßig in die Ware, vorzugsweise in die Warenbahn, eingebracht.
