Packaging tube, comprising a tube (1) of a multi-layer laminated film with at least one thermoplastic film and a metallic barrier film (2), a prefabricated plastics head member (4), having a discharge opening (5) and external screw threading (7) and a connecting member (8), comprising a laminated film consisting of a metal film (2) and at least one outer thermoplastic plastics film (3, 3') on which the head member (4) is placed and welded thereto by means of the plastics film (3), the circumferential edge (16) of the tube (1) overlapping the external edge (15) of the connecting member (8) by extending under or over the same and the superjacent plastics films (3, 3') being softened by the inductive generation of heat in the metal of the laminated film and being welded to each other by the application of pressure, characterised in that the head member (4) is constructed cylindrically or in frustoconical form and its base surface (9) is completely joined to the connecting member (8), that the discharge opening (5) is provided at the bottom end with an expansion (11) with at least one indentation (12), that the connecting member (8) is provided with a neck (14) adapted to the shape of the expansion (11) and that plastics material of the connecting member (8) is introduced into the indentation.
