[origin: US4551693A] A coaxial microwave load for a ferrite isolator formed by a three-plate three-port type junction circulator comprising an assembly including by a body of conductive material, a rod of insulating material which is covered with a layer of resistive material, and a washer of insulating material. The assembly is placed in a mounting block of conductive material having an axial bore to receive the assembly and the mounting block is covered with a layer of insulating material whereby the load is electrically insulated.

L'invention concerne une charge hyperfréquence coaxiale pour isolateur à ferrite réalisé à partir d'un ou de plusieurs circulateurs en série du type triplaque à jonction à trois portes. Cette charge comporte un ensemble (42) constitué d'un corps conducteur (44), d'une tige (45) en matériau isolant recouvert d'une couche résistive, et d'une rondelle isolante (48), et une monture (38) réalisée en un matériau conducteur, percée d'une ouverture centrale destinée à recevoir l'ensemble (42), et recouverte sur sa surface d'une couche isolante (40), de sorte qu'une fois logé dans la monture, l'ensemble (42) se trouve électriquement isolé. Application au découplage entre une source hyperfréquence et un élément actif nécessitant une polarisation.
