Bei einer Walze für Druckmaschinen sind im Innern mantelartige Trennwände vorgesehen. Das Innere der Walze (9) ist von Temperiermitteln durchflossen. Im mittleren Bereich der Walzenwandung ist ein wärmedämmendes Element (3) angebracht, wodurch ein Temperaturgefälle in Längsrichtung auf der Oberfläche der Kühlwalze verhindert wird.
