[origin: WO8402178A1] Heat exchanger panel (1), comprised of two superposed plates (2 and 3) between which are provided channels (4 and 5) for a medium to be heated or cooled. Both plates (2 and 3) are made of a material which is difficult to be plated or which can not be plated. Between those two plates (2 and 3), an amorphous metal fixing layer (6) is provided, e.g. an alloy of nickel, iron or copper, which enables a binding of the plates (2 and 3) by means of a plating by cold rolling. Each of the plates (2 and 3) carries a plated cover layer (7, respectively 8) made of a metal resisting to aggressive and/or corrosive media, for example titanium, tantalum or stainless chromium-nickel-steel.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Flachwärmetauscherplatte 1, welche aus zwei aufeinanderliegenden Platten 2 und 3 zusammengesetzt ist, zwischen denen Kanäle 4 und 5 für ein zu erwärmendes oder abzukühlendes Medium vorgesehen sind. Die beiden Platten 2 und 3 bestehen aus einem schlecht oder nicht plattierbaren Metall. Zwischen diesen beiden Platten 2 und 3 liegt eine Haftschicht 6 aus einem amorphen Metall, nämlich einer Nickel-, Eisen- oder Kupferlegierung, welche eine Verbindung der Platten 2 und 3 durch Kaltwalzplattieren ermöglicht. Jede der Platten 2 und 3 trägt eine aufplattierte Deckschicht 7 bzw. 8 aus einem gegen aggressive und/oder korrosive Medien beständigen Metall, beispielsweise aus Titan, Tantal oder rostfreiem Chrom-Nickel-Stahl.
