[origin: DE3219741C1] The device for attaching and tensioning a blanket on a cylinder of a printer may be protected against mishandling and inadvertant opening. Furthermore, the forces due to the tensioning of the blanket must be conducted so that the frame does not absorb anymore the total traction. To this effect, a tensioning roller (2) comprises a locking member (28) which is pressed automatically by a cam (32) into a locking position, or an opening position during an appropriate rotation of the tensioning roller. The locking member (28) provided with a rib (30) is received in a groove (26) against a face of a rectangular recess of the tensioning roller (2) and is supported by spring elements (36). The cam (32) acts on the rear part of the locking element. The frame (42) of the blanket (4) is hooked to a nose (24) in the recess of the tensioning roller (2), where it is guided by a stop fillet (37) and blocked by the locking element (28). The frame (42) is radially arranged with respect to the tensioning roller (2) and is maintained at a certain distance therefrom so that the blanket is applied, upon tensioning, against a rib and then against the surface of the tensioning cylinder (2).

Le dispositif pour fixer et tendre un blanchet sur un cylindre d'une imprimeuse doit être protégé contre une fausse manipulation et contre une ouverture accidentelle. De plus, les forces provenant de la mise sous tension du blanchet doivent être conduites de façon que l'armature n'absorbe plus la traction totale. A cet effet, un rouleau tendeur (2) comprend un organe de verrouillage (28) qui est pressé automatiquement par une came (32) en position de verrouillage, ou en position d'ouverture lors d'une rotation appropriée du rouleau tendeur. L'organe de verrouillage (28) pourvu d'une nervure (30) est reçu dans une rainure (26) contre une face d'un évidement rectangulaire du rouleau tendeur (2) et est supporté par des éléments à ressort (36). La came (32) agit sur l'arrière de l'élément de verrouillage. L'armature (42) du blanchet (4) est accrochée à un nez (24) dans l'évidement du rouleau tendeur (2), où elle est guidée par un listel de butée (37) et bloquée par l'élément de verrouillage (28).
