Abstract (en)
An identity card (1) contains a semiconductor circuit (12) with a memory which stores data that can be read out or in, together with RF or UHF aerials (5, 11), a rectifier circuit (6) and a transmitter (11). After manufacture of the card (1), the reflection properties and the electrical parameters of the aerial(s) (5, 11) are determined and converted into a code number. This code number is stored permanently in the memory as the individual identification number. <IMAGE>

Eine Identitätskarte (1) enthält eine Halbleiterschaltung (12) mit einem Speicher, der aus- und einlesbare Daten speichert, sowie Hoch- oder Höchstfrequenzantennen (5, 11), eine Gleichrichterschaltung (6) und einen Sender (11). Nach Fertigstellung der Karte (1) werden die Reflexionseigenschaften und die elektrischen Parameter der Antenne(n) (5, 11) ermittelt und in eine Codezahl umgerechnet. Diese Codezahl wird als individuelle Kennziffer dauerhaft im Speicher gespeichert.
