[origin: ES8407545A1] The latch is of the type comprising a case 1 for the latch mechanism 6 and a keeper 4 which is movable relative to this case. The latch mechanism 6 comprises a forked bolt 7 for hooking onto the keeper, a shifting lever 16 for, in a first position thereof, retaining the bolt 7 in its hooking position and, in a second position thereof, releasing this bolt so as to permit the opening of the latch, and an electric actuating device which is adapted, by means of a motor 34 and a transmission 31, 33, to determine the two positions of said shifting lever 16. There are provided a device 29 for accumulating mechanical energy and loaded by the transmission 31, 33, a retaining device 22, 23 for retaining the shifting lever 16 in its first position and a striker device 28 adapted to retract the retaining device 22, 23 when the mechanical energy accumulating device 29 is controlled for releasing its mechanical energy and thus allow the movement of the shifting lever 16 to its second position for releasing the latch 7.

Serrure notamment pour portière de véhicule automobile du type comportant d'une part un boîtier (1) pour le mécanisme de serrure (6) et, d'autre part, une gâche (4) mobile par rapport à ce boîtier, le mécanisme de serrure (6) comportant un pêne (7) à fourche pour l'accrochage de la gâche, un levier de manoeuvre (16) destiné, dans une première position, à retenir le pêne (7) dans sa position d'accorchage et, dans une seconde position, à libérer ce pêne pour permettre l'ouverture de la serrure, et un dispositif d'actionnement électrique qui est destiné, par l'intermédiaire d'un moteur (34) et de moyens de transmission (31,33), à déterminer les deux positions dudit levier de manoeuvre (16), caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu des moyens d'accumulation d'énergie mécanique (29) chargés par lesdits moyens de transmission (31,33), un organe de retenue (22,23) dudit levier de manoeuvre (16) dans sa première position ainsi qu'un organe de percussion (28) destiné à effacer l'organe de retenue (22,23) lorsque les moyens d'accumulation d'énergie mécanique (29) sont commandées pour libérer leur énergie mécanique et ainsi autoriser le mouvement du levier de manoeuvre (16) vers sa seconde position de libération du pêne (7).
