1. Door opening and closing means for a lock having a horizontally displaceable latch (14), a lever (13), a rocker or the like, which lever is manually actuatable away from the door (8) or towards the door in a plane lying perpendicular to the door leaf, and a device which converts the pivotal movement of the lever, rocker or the like into a rotary movement for a pawl operating rod (2) for the opening and closing operation, characterized in that a casing (1) is mounted on the pawl operating rod (2), on the free end of which casing a bolt (3) is disposed which extends transversely through the casing, and in that the lever (13), the rocker or the like is supported by a bolt (12) of a rotary bearing retained by the door and has two projection members (5, 6) for actuating the bolt (3), which projection members engage with the bolt (3) in a substantially diametrically opposite direction.

Türöffner und -schließer für ein Schloß mit einer horizontal beweglichen Schloßfalle. In einem an der Türe befestigten Beschlag z.B. in Form einer Platte (7) mit einem von dieser senkrecht abstehenden Steg (11) oder eines Gehäuses (2) ist ein Hebel (13) um eine horizontale Achse drehbar gelagert, sodaß er von Hand aus in einer zum Türblatt senkrechten Ebene von der Türe (8) weg oder zu der Türe hin verschwenkt werden kann. Eine Vorrichtung (1, 3, 4, 4', 5, 6, 7, 11, 12) ist vorgesehen, welche die Schwenkbewegung des Hebels (13) in eine Drehbewegung einer Klinkenstange (2) für den Öffnungs- und Schließvorgang umsetzt.
