An axial ventilator whose impeller and whose drive motor, constructed as disc-type motor, are integrated to form one constructional unit, with stationary common shaft for drive motor and ventilator wheel, the ventilator wheel with the ventilator blades being mounted on a disc of the rotor of a disc-type motor. According to the invention, the ventilator wheel consists of a multiplicity of independent blade units (1, 2) and each blade unit consists of a blade (1) and a blade flange (2) which is formed onto the root of the blade and which is mounted with each blade unit individually on the outer side of the rotor disc of the axial ventilator. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Ein Axialventilator, dessen Gebläse und dessen als Scheibenankermotor ausgebildeter Antriebsmotor zu einer Baueinheit integriert sind, mit feststehender gemeinsamer Welle für Antriebsmotor und Lüfterrad, wobei das Lüfterrad mit den Lüfterschaufeln an einer Scheibe des Läufers des Scheibenankermotors befestigt ist. Gemäss der Erfindung besteht das Lüfterrad aus einer Vielzahl von selbständigen Schaufeleinheiten (1, 2), und jede Schaufeleinheit besteht aus einem Schaufelblatt (1) und einem am Fuss der Schaufel engeformten Schaufelflansch (2), mit dem jede Schaufeleinheit individuell an der äusseren Seite der Läuferscheibe des Axialventilators befestigt wird.
