1. Device for continuously opening and emptying bags, comprising a housing (1), whether modular or not, and placed on a frame (2), a bag movement system, usually an endless conveyor belt (4), which can be fitted at the sides with a rim or lip to prevent spillage of the product, a bag cutting system consisting of one or more rotary cutting devices (7) capable of opening bags on three edges, in the front and laterally, and a system for the removal of empty bags characterized by the fact that the system for the removal of empty bags consists, on the one hand, of oscillating guiding elements (9) and, on the other hand of a set of rollers (10) preferably shaped like small wheels, said system comprising moreover a detection system causing, in an oscillation movement, upward displacement of the guiding elements (9).

La présente invention est relative à un dispositif simple, fiable et universel, c'est-à-dire qu'il peut être utilisé pour n'importe quel produit dès lors que l'ouverture des sacs puisse se faire par un moyen rotatif de découpage. Un des buts de l'invention est d'assurer un fonctionnement automatique et en continu par un dispositif, machine de gabarit réduit, de préference fermé, tout en arrivant à une cadence plus élevée alors que le travail est moins exigeant. Le dispositif selon l'invention se caractérise en ce qu'il se compose essentiellement d'un caisson (1), un châssis (2), une bande transporteuse (4) des sacs pleins, un système de découpage (6, 6'), un système d'enlèvement (9, 10) des sacs vides, une zone d'évacuation (11).
